Upon your arrival in Rwanda, you shall be met and picked from Kigali International Airport. Our professional driver guide shall pick you up, brief you about your safari expectations.
Depending on the time of arrival, you shall proceed for a Kigali city tour where you shall visit the famous Rwanda genocide museum, local market encounter and later transfer to Goma in DRC which is always 4-5 hours’ drive Cross boarder and transfer to your hotel, Dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Congo Gorilla Trekking in Virunga National Park
Today, you shall wake up early morning, have breakfast and transfer to Bukima Virunga National Park headquarters. Here, you shall have a briefing about the Gorilla Tracking Rules before venturing into the deep forest to search for the adorable mountain gorillas. The Congo gorilla trekking takes about 3-6 hours depending on the last gorilla location. The excitement is much but upon meeting the gorillas, you shall only have one hour as you watch them play, mate and relate.
After the encounter, you shall return to the park headquarters and later transfer to Kibumba Tented camp as you enjoy the view of the Mikeno mountain which is part of the Virunga mountains.

Day 3: Hiking Mount Nyiragongo
Today, is an adventure day. You shall wake up early morning, enjoy your breakfast and take short drive from your accommodation to Kibati which is the starting point for Nyiragongo climbing in Virunga national park. After a briefing with park rangers, start hiking Nyiragongo volcano and hike through an impressive rain forest with various stop points along the trail, the Nyiragongo Volcano hike is a demanding one that takes between 5-7 hours and it always starts from 9;00am and to ease your hiking, you may request for a porter.
You are free to hike at your own pace, so take your time when climbing the Nyiragongo to enable you reach the top summit. After the encounter, enjoy the impressive view of the crater and watch the lava inside before proceeding for the overnight at the crater.

Day 4: Descend from Nyiragongo Volcano
After breakfast that is always served by 6:00am, start to descend down from Nyiragongo volcano mountain and meet your safari driver to Kibati station before proceeding for a transfer to Kigali.
You shall have your lunch en-route before being dropped at Kigali International airport or at a desired accommodation.
