4 Day Murchison Falls & Chimpanzee Tracking Safari

As you start your Murchison falls adventure, today immediately after breakfast, you shall depart after a short briefing from our safari guide and embark on a transfer to Murchison falls but shall stop at Ziwa Rhino sanctuary for incredible rhino sightseeing before you proceed to hike to the top of the falls to watch the Nile roar all around you as it blasts through the narrow gorge. This is your day to meet the enticing wildlife of Murchison Falls national park. The day starts with an early morning breakfast and immediately, you shall leave for an early morning game drive with your driver guide who shall take you wildlife sightseeing in the scenic savannah vegetation of Murchison falls. Some of the possible sightings here include giraffes, antelopes, elephants, leopard, lions, buffaloes, warthogs and more than 350bird species. After this, you shall return and have lunch before embarking on an afternoon boat ride for the possible sightings of Murchison falls aquatics. Your boat ride takes you to the bottom of the falls and you have amazing sightings including; Nile crocodile, buffaloes, hippos, elephants. There is more birds to see here, so watch out. Return to your lodge for dinner, relaxation and overnight stay

After breakfast on day 3 of your 4 days Murchison Falls Wildlife &Chimpanzee trekking, you shall head to Budongo Forest at the Kanyo Pabidi Ecotourism Center for a short briefing about chimpanzee trekking do’s and don’ts before embarking on a walk to the jungle to look for these intelligent primates. Budongo Forest is home to many of these intelligent primates and in the company of armed hunting rangers, you’ll have the opportunity to watch chimpanzees eat, play, relate (mate) and run from tree to tree in their natural habitat. Spend the afternoon on a community walk, interacting with members of the local community and learning about their rich culture. After the encounter, return to your lodge for dinner, relaxation and overnight.

After breakfast, unfortunately, you have to bid farewell to Murchison falls and embark on a beautiful journey back to Kampala with memories that will last a lifetime. Your driver guide will drop you off at your preferred hotel in Kampala or Entebbe or at Entebbe International Airport for your outbound flight and this is where your 4 Days Murchison Falls Wildlife & Chimpanzee trekking tour ends.
