Day 2: Uganda Gorilla Trekking Saw gorillas in the Bwindi Forest.

Gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is an unforgettable adventure that takes you through the dense impenetrable jungle in search of gorillas. The trip going through the bush is enjoyable even before you encounter the gorillas.

After an early breakfast and packed lunch, your driver guide will transport you to the starting location, where you will be briefed by the park ranger guide on how to prepare for the gorilla hike. Your ranger guide will bring you into the forest on well-marked trails, but soon you will be off to the woods and thickets, where he will assist in clearing them with a bike he keeps with him. You’ll soon be able to see these massive monsters.

Day 3: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Following breakfast, your driver guide will pick you up and you will begin your journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park, Uganda’s most famous park.

The route will take you via Ishasha, Queen Elizabeth National Park’s southern part. It is famed for its tree-climbing lions, who are supposed to climb fig trees after their meals to relax, enjoy the breezes, and readily see their prey due to the thick savanna grass. There are several hypotheses as to why they ascend the trees; you will hear more about this from your tour guide during your game drive. Together with the lions, there are elephants, buffaloes, kobs, topis, waterbucks, and various bird species.

Day 4: Queen Elizabeth National Park game drive and boat safari
The Queen Elizabeth National Park is home to a diverse range of vegetation and wildlife. The spectacular backdrop of ridges, woodland, and crater lakes, with the Rwenzori mountains in the background, makes for an unforgettable game drive.

The abundance of animals gives an excellent opportunity for game viewing in the morning when predators are on the lookout for prey and before they go back into hiding. You will begin early in the morning with a car that allows you to top up the roof in order to optimize your chances of seeing the game. Experience uncommon and rare creatures like as elephants, lions, leopards, buffaloes, and Uganda kobs, among others. In the afternoon, take a launch cruise on Kazinga Channel towards Lake Edward, where you will see many wild creatures that visit to its waters and those that dwell there, as well as countless bird species.

Day 5: Your Ugandan Gorilla and Wildlife Excursion comes to an end.
After breakfast today, you will go to Kampala and then to Entebbe International Airport for your trip home. You will have a lunch break at the Equator Monument.
